Frank Baines

Frank,  the founder of Frank Baines Saddlery,  has been at the heart of the company for over 36 years. He was instrumental in the development of our Classic range of saddles and his creations have won many prestigious awards for innovative product design. Frank is extremely well regarded in the saddle industry with an enviable reputation, bearing the name that has now become synonymous with exceptional high quality and attention to detail. Frank officially handed over the reins of the business to his children in 2016, but remains actively involved in the company continuing to share his knowledge and expertise with the team.

Victoria Baines-Coleman

Victoria has worked at Frank Baines Saddlery since leaving school. Initially providing much needed support to Frank, she regularly attended national and international trade shows helping to build and grow the company world-wide over the last 20 years. From 2016, Victoria took over from Frank and now has full responsibility for the operational management of the company, steering the global sales and marketing strategy and liaising with the growing network of Stockists located worldwide.
