What is the Frank Baines saddle guarantee?

Guarantee start date 
When you have received your new Frank Baines saddle, you need to validate your guarantee within 90 days of purchase. If you do not do this, your saddle guarantee will start on the date it was despatched to the stockist. Please note that a new guarantee does not start when a part is repaired or replaced ie the tree.

Frank Baines Saddles dispatched after 1st April 2020 onwards 
Saddle trees come with a 5 year guarantee for breakage subject to normal usage and conditions. All other saddle parts come with a 2 year guarantee against defective workmanship and materials, subject to fair wear and tear and/or abuse or neglect, and subject to our terms and conditions.

Frank Baines Saddles dispatched from the saddlery before 1st April 2020 onwards  
Saddle trees and saddles carry a Two Year Guarantee against defective workmanship and materials, subject to fair wear and tear and/or abuse or neglect, and subject to our terms and conditions.

Making a claim 
In the unlikely event of a claim, examination will be required by Frank Baines Saddlery Ltd, or person(s) authorised by Frank Baines Saddlery Ltd, along with proof of purchase. Any alterations or repairs carried out by third parties not authorised by Frank Baines Saddlery Ltd will automatically invalidate the Guarantee. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
