How do I get my Frank Baines saddle repaired?

If your Frank Baines saddle develops a problem please contact the fitter that you bought it from first. They will assess it and if they are unable to repair they will contact us for further instruction. If the repair needs to be sent back to the saddlery, they will be able to arrange that for you. They will also be able to advise you if your saddle is under guarantee and the cost for the repair. Please do not send anything to us directly. You will be liable for charges and taxes and your saddle will not be booked in on our system, so please follow the procedure .
