Where’s my order?

Dispatching your order
When we receive your order we will check to make sure that we have the items you have ordered in stock and dispatch them them within 1-2 working days using the relevant courier for your country. 

Payment will be debited from your credit or debit card before the goods are shipped and/or services are provided by Frank Baines Saddlery. You will receive an email confirming despatch and a tracking number . Please use the link in your email to track the item.

My item hasn’t arrived
When your item is despatched you will receive a tracking number. Please check this to see where your parcel is. The tracking code will tell you how long it normally takes for items to arrive.
If there is still an issue please contact us here so we can look into the matter for you. Please include the email address used to place the order and your order number plus any other relevant information.

Unexpected delays
If we are not able to dispatch all of the items that you ordered within the 7 working day time frame, we will contact you to discuss how you want to proceed.

Dispatching your custom order 
It may take us longer than 7 working days to despatch a bespoke order so please order in plenty of time if you require the item for a specific date.
