Can I change my order?

Stock items

If you want to change a stock order that you have already placed, please tell us as quickly as possible, by emailing us here. Please include your email address and order details when you contact us, as well as any other information you need us to know. We will do our best to make the change you request, provided the item has not already been booked for collection or dispatched. 

Custom items

We cannot cancel a made to order item and they are non- returnable and non-refundable. These items are where you have chosen a special leather colour or feature, like stitching or personalisation. In line with our return of goods policy we cannot issue refunds on these specially made items.
