Top Dutch Rider Kirsten Beckers Sponsored

Frank Baines Saddlery, one of the UK’s leading manufacturers of hand-made saddles, is sponsoring Dutch Grand Prix rider Kirsten Beckers.

Kirsten competes in Dressage competitions currently riding Easy Quo. She made her international Grand Prix debut in 2003 and has since gone on to achieve numerous competition successes. With the horse Broere Jazz, Kirsten has been selected as a Dutch Olympic team member; and she has won the National Championships five times, the last riding Easy Quo.

She set up Dressuurstal Kirsten Beckers in 2018 after previously working as head trainer at Stoeterij Broere in Alblasserdam and then at Stal Rutten in Limburg where she was given the opportunity to develop her own horses.

Speaking about the sponsorship, Kirsten said: “I am very excited and proud to be working with a brand such as Frank Baines Saddlery. All of my horses are working a lot better in the Frank Baines saddles, and for myself, the saddles make a huge difference too; I’m more comfortable then I’ve ever been! The service and knowledge I’ve experienced with Frank Baines Saddlery thusfar has been great, I really couldn’t be happier. My horses are working better then ever and I’m really comfortable; what more could I ask for?“

Victoria Coleman, director at Frank Baines Saddlery, said: “We’re really pleased to have the opportunity to sponsor Kirsten with a new saddle and accessories. We’ve worked with several leading riders in the UK and the Netherlands and we look forward to working with Kirsten during 2019.

Kirsten has chosen the Etude Dressage saddle from the Frank Baines Symphony collection.
