We are delighted to announce that Anne van Boxtel has rejoined Frank Baines Saddlery as our Dealer Relations Manager.

Frank Baines Saddlery has experienced a period of growth and development in recent years. While this journey has come with its challenges, it has also driven meaningful improvements across our products, internal processes and the way we support our dealer network. Alongside this, Anne has continued to develop her experience within the industry, placing us in a strong position to move forward together with renewed focus and energy.

In her role as Dealer Relations Manager, Anne will be dedicated to strengthening and supporting our dealer network, acting as a key link between our Belgian and Dutch dealers and the factory. Her focus will be on clear communication, practical support and ensuring dealers have access to the guidance and resources needed to grow their businesses with confidence.

A particularly exciting part of Anne’s role will be the development of training opportunities at the Hippisch Expertise Centrum. Here, we will offer a variety of training sessions and masterclasses designed to help dealers deepen their knowledge, fully utilise the Frank Baines Saddlery range and continue to provide the highest level of support to both horse and rider. The centre will also hold a complete range of Frank Baines Saddles, available for testing with customers or for dealer use in a fully equipped facility.

Looking ahead, we do so with confidence and optimism. We are very pleased to welcome Anne back to the Frank Baines Saddlery team and look forward to working closely with our dealers as we continue to deliver exceptional craftsmanship, service and support.
