• Register the saddle in your name if you have bought the saddle second-hand

Frank Baines Saddles manufactured and dispatched after the st of January 2026

Saddle trees come with a lifetime guarantee for breakage subject to normal usage and conditions. Within the first 5 years the labour and Tree are covered by the guarantee. After 5 years a labour charge applies.

Shipping charges are not covered by the guarantee.

All other saddle parts come with a 2-year guarantee against defective workmanship and materials subject to fair wear and tear and/or abuse or neglect, and subject to our terms and conditions. Frank Baines Saddles manufactured and dispatched before 1 st January 2026 carry a 5-year guarantee on the tree and labour and a 2-year guarantee on materials as per above.

Making a claim
In the unlikely event of a claim, examination will be required by Frank Baines Saddlery Ltd, or person(s) authorised by Frank Baines Saddlery Ltd, along with proof of purchase. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Any alterations or repairs carried out by third parties not authorised by Frank Baines Saddlery Ltd will automatically invalidate the Guarantee.
