An open head combined with a wide channel ensures greater spinal clearance for your horse, reducing pressure along the spine and allowing for improved comfort, freedom of movement, and overall back health during work.
Featuring a twin flap design with a three-quarter front gusset as standard, this saddle offers enhanced fit and stability over the shoulder area, making it ideal for horses with more prominent withers or asymmetry in the front end.
A Thumb Bit Bar is fitted as standard, providing a convenient and secure attachment point for auxiliary tack such as bits or training aids, enhancing functionality while maintaining a clean, streamlined look.
Built on a modern hybrid tree, this saddle combines a high head for wither clearance with a flatter back profile, making it ideal for horses with prominent withers and a straighter topline—ensuring optimal balance, stability, and comfort for both horse and rider.

Design and fit
The Andante Dressage saddle has a bespoke design; clean lines with an impeccable finish, something you naturally expect from one of the world’s finest custom saddle makers. It’s features ensure, comfort, stability, closeness and fit. A choice of velcro blocks allows personal customisation to achieve a unique fit. The tree used for this dressage saddle is a good option for horses with medium to high withers and a straight back.
