The single flap design allows for an exceptionally close feel, reducing bulk under the leg to maximise contact with your horse—enhancing communication, responsiveness, and overall harmony between horse and rider.
Crafted on a laminated beechwood tree, this saddle offers a strong yet flexible foundation that absorbs shock effectively, enhances durability, and supports both horse and rider through a balanced, time-tested design.
Design and fit
The Pirouette Standard mono-flap Dressage saddle has wool-flocked panels and a flat open seat. If you are looking for close contact then this saddle is for you. Every single feature is designed for exact motion to maximise the connection with your horse. The tree used for this Dressage saddle is a good option for horses with a medium wither and a flat back.
This saddle is available in three options:
- Flat pad with a Fixed block
- Flat Pad Velcro Block (allowing rider to customise position – see chart in Options tab)
- Blocked Pad with a Fixed Block
